Higher Rhythm Ltd. (Yorkshire Music Forum): Talent Development Fund 2020

Yorkshire Music Forum (YMF) is an association of music industry development organisations, Higher Rhythm, Come Play With Me, Music:Leeds, DMF Digital and Arnold Brown Ltd., each organisation being responsible for delivery in their sub-region (North, South & West Yorkshire) in a partnership providing widespread specialist support for Yorkshire’s music industry.

Yorkshire Music Forum (YMF) connects five experienced music industry development organisations based across Yorkshire, each with in depth knowledge of the music industry within the sub-region they are based in, partnering to offer the only strategically linked, region-wide support currently available for Yorkshire’s music industry.

2020 – 2021:

The YMF TDP programme of activities will develop entry, emerging and developing level artists to grow and advance their careers through bespoke, targeted support.

YMF will work with entry, emerging & developing level music-creators across Yorkshire, of all genres. With significant differences in industry knowledge / access to opportunities regionally due to the large geography and economic diversity, it is vital to include a broad-range of music creators. The programme is open to all ages, with 16 to 30 being the majority target group. YMF partnership network engages musicians at all levels, and activities are fully-inclusive, actively encouraging participation from under-represented groups.
