The Tin Music and Arts: Talent Development Partner 2020

The Tin Music and Arts are talent spotters, known for programming and promoting local, national and international rising stars, signed and unsigned, who go on to record music and perform at festivals, venues and large arts centres.

These artists inspire local performers (who Tin Music and Arts book for support slots, supporting their development) and audiences alike.

The Tin programmes live events in its own venue, The Coal Vaults, as well as in others across Coventry. The Tin sits on the Music Education hub, delivering part of their ACE funded programme. They have rehearsal spaces and recording facilities and advise other organisations on the music element of events.

2020 – 2021:

Building Towards 2021 – Music creator development through Coventry Music Network, Boudica and Deliaphonic.

The Tin will support musicians who are in an early to mid-stage in their career. The Coventry Music Network will support and showcase local, very early stage performers. Boudica 2020 and Deliaphonic will programme artists who have established themselves as high quality performers but are currently looking for opportunities to increase their profile. They are also hoping to work with more established artists who will draw new audiences for the less established performers. They will programme artists from any region of the UK who perform diverse ranges of genres but Boudica focuses on indie/pop/rock/jazz and Deliaphonic is purely electronic.
