Urban Flames

Urban Flames gives up to 30 young people with singing talent a first entry into the world of music. They receive 30 weekly sessions of training and weekend or holiday intensives in vocal technique, songwriting and performance skills across the year, as well as the chance to record and perform at showcase events.

Urban Artist School RSL level 4 course

Urban Artist School’s Level 4 is a course for urban music artists who are serious about entry to the music industry. UK urban music has produced some of the most innovative and distinctly British music over the last 30 years and this course recognizes the potential for education to be the catalyst to enabling developing artists a space to explore, test and refine ideas. Our course focuses around the concept of you as an individual artist and supports you in developing your repertoire, recorded catalogue and brand development towards the music industry.

Bespoke artist development

Urban Development offers 6 artists guidance and financial support to help accelerate your career. We will develop a 6-month action plan tailored to your individual needs and provide mentoring support to achieve your personal goals. Support can include studio time, A&R input, grassroots and digital PR along with guidance with live performances. We will offer access to industry contacts including co-writers and producers, mixing, mastering and digital distribution.

We offer artists supported through the programme opportunities for showcasing including at The Great Escape.
