Having just premiered the video for latest track The Road, London based pop four piece The Big Moon are surely destined to capitalise on the mass amount of attention sent their way over the past six months. Support tours with the likes of The Magic Gang, followed by a summer full of festivals (including Reading & Leeds) and slots lined up on the DIY NEU tour as well as The Vaccines jaunt come November, it’s set to be another busy few months for Juliette, Fern, Soph and Celia.

Last night on Radio 1, Huw Stephens announced The Big Moon as part of our CMJ 2015 showcase, taking place in conjunction with BBC Introducing at Rough Trade NYC. They join The Jacques, Georgia, Pretty Vicious and Clean Cut Kid for the event, more info on which you can find here.

Quote:

“We couldn’t believe it when the BBC and PRS for Music Foundation asked us to come and play in New York! There’s no way we could have afforded to get there by ourselves, what a dream.”
