We are a leading artist / talent development organisation meeting the needs of emerging artists, mainly aged between 14-25, who are particularly interested in Black music genres. We combine business acumen with a deep understanding of the dynamic needs of youth culture to allow artists to reach their true potential.
UD’s work stands at the crossroads straddling both innovative new music creation and industry expertise. UD’s ambition is to be THE talent development centre and the process of achieving has begun by UD being invited by DfE to become a national youth music organisation (NYMO) for Black music.
