Bio: Vanessa Sinclair is a Music Manager and Founder of VNS Management, with nearly 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, including over a decade in artist management. Her work spans production, event management, scouting, booking, touring, festival curation, and artist development, providing her with a broad and well rounded understanding of the music industry.
Vanessa began her career as a teacher and youth worker, where she created platforms and opportunities for young artists to showcase their talent. She later went on to work with major artist and band, Rudimental as part of their production team and Mr Hudson within his management team. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience working across a wide range of roles, including festival and arena security, production crew, studio management, booking agent, stage manager, scout, promoter, tour manager, event manager, and festival organiser, building a highly diverse and practical skill set that enables her to deliver effective support to artists and clients.
In 2015, Vanessa launched Live Vibe, a grassroots platform dedicated to supporting independent artists, which was later expanded in 2025 into the Live Vibe Music Festival & Conference. She is also one of the organisers of Heal Festival, a multi zone music and wellbeing festival based in Shrewsbury. Passionate about supporting grassroots and independent talent, Vanessa has programmed multiple stages across regional festivals and events and remains dedicated to guiding and empowering both artists and the next generation of music professionals.
