International Showcase Fund – Monthly Round Up
This July, thirteen UK artists received support through International Showcase Fund for upcoming activity across North America, Europe and Asia. There was a strong showing from the UK folk and Americana scene, with grantees from South West England, the Scottish Highlands, South East Wales and Antrim, Northern Ireland.
The International Showcase Fund (ISF) offers vital export support for UK-based artists, bands, songwriters and producers who have been invited to perform or create new music at international showcasing festivals or conferences – taking their first steps into international territories by enabling them to perform at showcases such as Canadian Music Week, SXSW, Reeperbahn Festival, Zandari Festival, Womex, Eurosonic, Jazzahead and Mutek.
