Vincent Olutayo

Vincent has over two decades of experience supporting and showcasing emerging talent. As founder of Creative Media Network (CMN), he leads innovative programs delivering artistic development, creative education and audience engagement. With the support of industry partners like Universal Music, Google, Red Bull, NME and TuneCore these programs have helped establish sustainable career pathways for underrepresented black and diverse young creatives.

Vincent co-founded Soho Music Month, a cultural festival bringing black and diverse programming to mainstream central London spaces. Featuring outdoor showcases, panels, screenings and exhibitions, the festival has celebrated luminaries like Jazzie B (OBE), Ashley Walters, Julie Adenuga and more. It has showcased over 300 artists, attracted 52,000+ visitors and achieved over 120 million in media reach.

With his co-founder Naheem Kassam, Vincent established Code and Culture to curate cultural experiences highlighting untold narratives and the essence of diverse artistic movements. Noteworthy events include intimate G-Shock Sessions with Jay Electronica, IAMDDB and Slum Village, a Clio-Award nominated exhibition with Run The Jewels, and the “GHOSTING LDN” Augmented Reality Art-Walk.

Previously, Vincent was co-owner of Deal Real, a renowned hip-hop record store that supported the early careers of many household name artists and industry professionals. He has contributed to BBC News, London Live, BBC Radio, and authored an opinion piece in The Independent advocating for the ban of Form 696.

Vincent continues to empower young creatives as a board member and advisor to Platform LDN, a youth marketing and content agency led by CMN program alumni.
