Trey: POWER UP Industry Professionals

With 12 years in the entertainment industry, Trey is a seasoned music manager, video producer, and creative entrepreneur. His career began in Atlanta as a radio DJ and promoter, co-founding NVATL at 18 to organize Dubstep/DnB raves. Post-university, he moved to Guam, hosting local radio shows and managing the rap duo 67UNO.

Seeking broader opportunities, he relocated to London in 2018, working on video sets for artists like Jungle and Labrinth under Director Charlie Placido at JFC Productions. Rising through the ranks, he produced music videos for Kojey Radical (Cashmere Tears, 2019). The pandemic in 2020 prompted a shift towards film and TV, assisting on projects for A24 and BBC Films. Joining Sister in August 2021, he worked on acclaimed series like Chernobyl (HBO), This is Going to Hurt (BBC), and The Power (Prime), under the mentorship of industry leaders Stacy Snider, Elisabeth Murdoch, and Jane Featherstone.

At Sister, he spearheaded the development of a music TV series, collaborating with Warner Music artists and TV writers. This reignited his passion for music, leading him to establish Hackney Spice Management to empower independent artists. His roster includes Rapper/Producer Bear, and Singer/Composer Piripa. Recognized for his work, he was nominated for TGE Elevate at The Great Escape conference in April 2023.

In 2023, he co-founded Cinemadix, an agency merging film and music to produce innovative events and productions. Their notable projects include SAULT’s live gig at Drum Sheds and the One Take music showcase and documentary series.
