Alex Roth works across jazz, improv, contemporary classical, alternative folk and electronic music and also draws inspiration from other art forms. A prolific collaborator, he is leader of the jazztronica quintet Otriad, co-leader of improg band Blue-Eyed Hawk, electric guitar ensemble GUITARMAGEDDON! and the electro-acoustic chamber ensemble Sefiroth, which re-imagines traditional Sephardic repertoire and is gearing up to be part of a theatre production combining live concert, immersive performance, contemporary dance and digital media.
