ALT BLK ERA are Nu Metal sister duo, Nyrobi and Chaya, who break the rules by reaching outside of traditional expectations. Having being brought up listening to reggae, soul and R&B, the sisters now fuse the elements of metal, rap, punk and electroinic sounds. Nothing is reserved, where their stage performances emit the same intrigue, power and energy that they craft in the studio. Their genre-bending music is filled with heavy basslines, electric guitars and tongue-twisting rap, where their softer tracks compile of dark strings, haunting harmonies and a chilling, circus-type vibe. This project will allow them to create and showcase 5 new tracks at a headline show in their hometown of Nottingham.
