Ayrtn: Power Up Music Creator

In the underground world of alternative UK hip-hop, forging an authentic, individualistic sound serves to challenge the oversaturated genre conventions of mainstream music. Nowhere is this drive to innovate more apparent than in the soothing catalogue of ethereal ear-worms belonging to Ayrtn. Self-produced and self-made, the South-East London native is pioneering a new generation of serenely stylistic UK rappers. “I write, mix and master all my stuff. I try to dip and dap in everything,” he shares. “Even the creative direction in my music videos. Hopefully, one day I can be a master producer, but for now, I’m still in training.”

The qualitative sum of Ayrtn’s electronically infused, introspective archive belies his 23 years. His meditative flows are an auditory permeation, an effortless repartee transporting listeners to a Manhattanhenge materialising sonically in the streets of South London. Such is the auditory sensation conjured by Ayrtn’s music, that he received a co-sign from the late fashion designer, Virgil Abloh, before the release of an album. It would be easy to conflate Ayrtn’s many plaudits, and the deserved talent behind them, with immediate meteoric success. But his place at the forefront of alternative UK rap stems from a lifetime of musical dedication. “I came out of the womb with a mic!” he declares.

Fresh off the back of a sold out UK tour and successful “TOO AWESOME” EP, ayrtn is ready to mobilise his devout fanbase to catalyse a breakthrough 2023.
