Power Metal Quest Fest

UK Progressive Metal band Dakesis launched Power Metal Quest Fest in 2017 to help support independent and unsigned bands in the melodic metal scene. After it’ success, the festival has grown and continued each year to bring the best independent talent to the home of heavy metal – Birmingham.

Dakesis who run events through their recording studio and artist services name “CapsaArx” are passionate about helping independent artists and follow a “DIY or Die” approach to making and releasing music. Power Metal Quest Fest brings new talent together and provides artists with a chance to play in front of a large capacity live audience, network with other artists and forge lasting relationships to support both UK and international touring. Dakesis believe that all artists, regardless of whether they are signed to major record label or not, should have their talent supported and showcased and offered touring opportunities to promote their work.

Through Power Metal Quest Fest, they can put their passion of helping other artists to work. The festival is entirely not for profit and completely independent, something that is close to Dakesis’ heart.
