With an innate talent for recognising and nurturing talent from a very early stage in their careers, Eddie has played a pivotal role in the growth of numerous artists at different stages of their career.
From an early age he exhibited a voracious interest in the creation of music and briefly dabbled in songwriting and production, before beginning his music industry journey working in promotion (BMG + Def Jam UK), evolving into digital marketing and media curation (as a Partner/Creative Director at SoulCulture.com) before embarking in artist management. Eddie possesses a deep understanding of the creative process and the unique challenges artists face in the ever-evolving music landscape.
With a commitment to his clients’ success and wellbeing, he offers personalized and comprehensive artist management and development services as a founding partner at Avatar State Arts, as well working as a consultant A&R.
