Eunice Obianagha

Independent Event and Project Management Director, ENSPIRE Management

Eunice Obianagha is a Project Management and Event Director for her business ENSPIRE Management and a Cultural Producer. Her expertise are from over 15 years of managing complex music, entertainment and cultural based projects in the UK and Nigeria. She is a Business Graduate and an accredited Prince2 Project Management Practitioner.

As the Director of Events and Special Projects for the MOBO Organisation, Eunice has worked with the organisation for several years to drive their high-profile events including MOBO Awards. The role has seen her lead the production for national broadcast on channels including BBC, ITV and Viacom and internationally on YouTube.

Eunice’s work with Nigeria and the diaspora has included project managing broadcast and live music productions on location in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and Calabar. The most notable project being the very first production in Nigeria of ITV’s ‘The Voice…’. Within this role, Eunice was the Project Management Consultant for the inception phase of the production.

As a champion for music culture, Eunice was nominated to become a member of the BRIT Awards Voting Academy. She has held this role since 2016 and is also a Music Advisor for the PRS Foundation.

Together with her work in the commercial sector, Eunice has extensive experience working with non-profits at senior level. She is the Co-Founder of the ECHO Music and Arts Foundation in Nigeria and Chairwomen for the Arts Council England NPO Small Green Shoots. Eunice is also a member of the Delivery Board for Tileyard.
