Lesley is a seasoned music industry professional, bringing over 20 years of experience and a diverse skill set to the table.
Fuelled by an unwavering passion for grassroots music, encompassing rock, punk, and metal, Lesley’s entrepreneurial spirit and distinctive vision have driven her to create her own artist management and music services company, Onslaught Music. Since 2015, she has partnered with independent record label, Lockjaw Records, amplifying her impact within the punk scene. With over 70 releases under her belt, she has championed emerging artists, aiding their album releases and navigating the complex landscape of the industry.
With a deep commitment to amplifying social justice issues and reducing the environmental impact within the punks scene, Lesley is trying to change the independent label landscape and advocates for a collaborative approach through the concept of DIT – Do It Together – as the rallying cry. Drawing inspiration from the dynamic changes within the startup and solopreneur sectors, Lesley wants to empower and inspire others to build a vibrant and conscious environment that encourages creativity and fairness.
