N’famady Kouyaté: PPL Momentum Music Fund

In the autumn of 2022, N’famady Kouyaté will embark on a 19-date tour of the UK with his five-piece band, supporting his upcoming album. This will be N’famady’s first tour and venues will range from gritty clubs to performing arts centres. N’famady is determined to define himself as an artist outside of ‘world music’ parameters, so building a fan base in both music venues and performing arts centres will be imperative. It will take time for N’famady to build this fan base up, so in the short term financial assistance will be needed. It is our goal to build a sustainable touring circuit around the world for N’famady and this tour is the first step towards achieving it. Thanks to PRS Foundation for making it happen.
