NYX: The Open Fund for Music Creators
Development and recording of NYX’s debut album
NYX will use Music Creators fund to support the development and the creation of their debut album. NYX’s album compositions have been in development since NYX’s inception in 2018 and influenced by new experiences in music creation and mentorship over the last 5 years.
In 2024, NYX vocalists and electronic performers will take part in a 1 week development residency at Hawkwood College to learn and develop and learn new material for recording and performance. The residency will allow NYX Composer, SianO’Gorman, to develop and teach her organic vocal compositions and cast vocal parts to find the most interesting balance in her compositions.
