UK tour in March 2020 to support debut EP

New Pagans are a 5-piece punk rock band from Belfast. Previous releases have been featured on streaming playlists including Spotify’s ‘Hot New Bands’, Deezer’s ‘New School of Rock’, and Apple’s ‘Best of the Week’. Their music has been supported at national radio by Daniel P Carter [BBC Radio 1, Rock Show], Phil Taggart [BBC Radio 1 Hype Chart] Tom Robinson’s [BBC Introducing Mixtape], John Kennedy [Radio X], Paul McLoone [Today FM], Dan Hegarty [RTE 2FM] plus multiple spot plays by BBC Across The Line & BBC Foyle w/ Stephen McAuley. The band’s unique sound has been endorsed by online and print outlets including Louder, Golden Plec, Hotpress #tracksofthefortnight, tipped for 2019 by The Last Mixed Tape and reviewed by KERRANG! – “New Pagans deliver a slinking, swaggering brand of alternative punk…”

New Pagans is a proud advocate for women’s rights, visibility and inclusion in the music industry – a lot of young mothers feel the need to hide that aspect of their personal life for fear of how people may perceive it as a limit in achieving creative success, and in fact it can be a challenge to tour while having caring responsibilities. Young women & young mothers see Lyndsey as a symbol of strength and hope in her fearless and forthright attitude to motherhood [2 under 2] whilst fronting a band. New Pagans want to take that message and their new EP on the road to new UK audiences in 2020 with the support of PRSF.
