Willie J Healey: International Showcase Fund (SXSW)
Willie J Healey is undoubtedly one of the best and most prolific songwriters of his generation. His debut album ‘People and Their Dogs’ and his latest EP ‘666 Kill’ have both been met with widespread acclaim. He has recently completed the recording of his second album (to be released in 2019) with a string of dates already announced in support of new material.
The ISF grant allows Willie J Healey to travel to SXSW for the first time, something that would not of been possible without that vital support. SXSW offers Willie J Healey an incredible opportunity to showcase to the US and the wider International Music Industry in once place.
