Kathryn Franzen: The Composers’ Fund
The activity is the release of Kate’s latest film score, ‘We Believe in Dinosaurs,’ on her label London Electronic Recordings. The film is a US feature documentary about the ‘Ark Encounter,’ a creationist theme part in Kentucky. The ambient/electronic release requires mastering and will run a 3-month press campaign to highlight both the soundtrack, and Kate’s as a film composer. Lastly, Kate will be updating her website to be clear, professional, and feature her work in film music, orchestration, and leader of her ensemble.

I am at a crossroads in my music career and in my life as a new mother. Unable to travel as much for live shows, and with an continued aspiration to compose for film and TV, the Composers Fund is backing this project at a pivotal moment. I can’t express enough gratitude to the PRS Foundation for their support of composers!
