Roanne Dods

Roanne leads on developing the artistic programme at PAL Labs, a lab based organization that develops new work and innovation through collaborative, transdisciplinary processes and is Co-Producer (with Cultural Enterprise Office, Glasgow) of Small Is Beautiful a new international and annual conference to support and inspire creative micro businesses.

Her past roles include, Director, Jerwood Charitable Foundation, Deputy Director at the Dovecot Studios, Producer at the International Futures Forum and Research and Projects Co-ordinator for The Mindful Leadership Foundation. She has been founding Co-Director of Mission Models Money, IC: Innovative Craft, and The Work Room.  She also runs her own practice supporting organizational change in a number of special organizations across the UK, including Cove Park, Glasgow International Festival of Visual Arts, and Dance Art Foundation.

She has designed and facilitated large group process around the Dance Strategy for Creative Scotland; cultural policy with the Tramway World Café; Talent Development for ACE/Festivals Edinburgh and Cultural Ecology for Mission Models Money (Culturing our Creativity).  She has curated a number of policy-oriented conferences around Talent Development (Festivals Edinburgh), Crafting the Renaissance (Craft Scotland), Movement and Meaning (Arts Council England), The Future of Craft (Dovecot Foundation) in the last three years. She committed to supporting the development of artists, makers and producers to make their best work.
